Responsible for the digital subscription and paid membership growth strategy across the DVV portfolio. Setting the direction of the corporate sales and digital subscription marketing strategy, as well as insight around our audiences and product offerings, including on-boarding, product adoption and retention.

Area director heading up Digital, Events, Production, Data and Operations. These multiple areas of responsibility play an underlying role in supporting the business to enable growth and fuel innovation.

Responsible providing advice and support to managers and employees in employment related matters and overseeing the full employment life cycle including recruitment, Onboarding, L&D, appraisal, Employee Relations and Exit from the business. I ensure the company is fully compliant with employment and statutory requirements and develop policies and procedures to support this.
