DVV Media International sells Road portfolio to Mark Allen Group

London, UK — DVV Media International (DVV MI), a leading B2B media and events company serving the transport and logistics markets, today announces the sale of its Road portfolio of products to Mark Allen Group (MAG) for an undisclosed sum.

The transaction marks a new chapter for the Road business, which has long provided specialist journalism, digital services and industry events for the UK road freight and commercial vehicle sector.

The Road portfolio comprises DVV MI’s established road transport brands across print, digital and events, serving audiences from haulage business leaders, decision-makers and commercial vehicle operators. They include: Commercial Motor, Motor Transport, Transport News and Road Transport Expo.

Under Mark Allen Group’s ownership, the portfolio will benefit from MAG’s track record of investing in specialist information, communities and live events across professional markets.

Sterlings assisted Mark Allen Group’s internal team on its financial due diligence.

DVV Media International sells Flight, Heavy Lift, Air Cargo Media, Rail and HR portfolios to ProMedia Group UK Ltd

London, UK — DVV Media International (DVV MI) today announces the sale of its Flight, Heavy Lift, Air Cargo Media, Rail and HR portfolio of brands to ProMedia Group UK Ltd (ProMedia), a Dutch specialist B2B publisher focused on transport, logistics, mobility and workplace/HR markets. The transaction forms part of DVV MI’s complete divestment of its portfolio, as the business transitions to new ownership for each of its market-leading brands.

The portfolios being acquired encompass DVV MI’s established products across print, digital, data and events, serving global professional audiences in air cargo, heavy lift and project logistics, flight and airline operations, rail and rail freight, and the HR and employment sector.

The HR portfolio included in the transaction comprises: Personnel Today, What Media, Employee Benefits, The RADS and Forum for Expatriate Management.

Ensuring continuity for customers, readers, partners and event communities is a key priority, and under the agreement the relevant teams behind the acquired brands will transfer to ProMedia. All affected colleagues have been informed of the planned transaction. Subject to customary closing procedures, the deal will be completed on 31 December 2025.
